Is intense exercise better ?

Moderate activity is effective for a long period of time. Intense for a short duration is more effective. Start slow if you are currently sedentary or you have been doing little exercise. Those who have an active lifestyle can take advantage of intense activity. A  brisk walk itself is a really good activity to help you with weight loss. Remember if you are huffing and puffing after exercise then you will not lose weight.
