3rd Meal : 11 AM to 12 PM – Mid day meal

The third meal of the day or a mid-meal snack between breakfast and lunch should be consumed with 2-3 hours of having breakfast. This should be something which you can carry easily like nuts or a refreshing drink like coconut water.

What Not to Eat :

1.No deep fried items like pakodas or deep fried pranthas
2 No packed items
3 No  bakery items : Muffins or Donuts or pastries or biscuits
4 No fast food- burgers/Pizza/Garlic bread
5 No Namkeen

What to Eat

You can take either of following :

  1. Yogurt
  2. Handful of peanuts
  3. Slice of cheese
  4. Nuts
  5. Slice of cheese
  6. Buttermilk
  7. Vegetable Salad
  8. Soup with veggies
  9. Seasonal fruit of choice
  10. Sprout salad
  11. Coconut water with malai

These are one of the best choices when it comes to helping out your hunger. This prevents overeating during lunch time.

When to Eat

Within 2-3 hours after your breakfast.
