To eat : Phulkas/Rotis/Idli/ Utpam/ Needr dosa / Upma / brown rice / wholewhaet bread / Chillas/ Vegetable pranthas / Oats / Koki /Khakra / Dhokla / brow rice / all Lentils.
Not to eat : Biscuits (any kind even with high fibre) White bread, Nans, Pizzas, cakes, pastries, mithais, sugar, cold drinks,noodles, white pasta
When : Can be part of breakfast, lunch , snacks or evening meal but eat them till 7 PM not after that
Eat in smaller quantities along with vegetables
