Can I Exercise More to Eat What I Want?

Exercise is must but is not a substitute to  the bad eating habits. Junk food not only adds to calories but also many other bad impacts on health such as high cholesterol or can cause piles or stomach problems etc. So do not attempt to ignore the importance of healthy diet just by exercising more.
