Beetroot juice reduce your hypertension

Studies have shown that beets can significantly lower blood pressure after only a few hours of consumption. Both raw beet juice and cooked beets were found to be effective at lowering blood pressure and decreasing inflammation. However, raw beet juice had a greater effect. The study shows that within hours of drinking it, beet juice lowered systolic blood pressure by an average of 4-5 points.
