Eat after every two hrs so Eat 6 meals instead of 3.

Eat frequently after every 2 hrs bur reduce the portion  of meal.  So number of calories which you consume in each meal reduces . Calories in this case are consumed in better way and are not stored as fat.  Body feels reassured and does not have a need to convert calories into fat. Also helps in smarter thinking as brain gets regular dose of sugar.
