Eat more in morning, lesser in afternoon and least at night time.

Eating more when you are active helps you to burn more calories. Eat less in the relaxing periods. This improves your metabolism and keeps you energetic through out the day. This all helps you to loose fat effectively and efficiently.

So breakfast should be the heaviest meal of the day and it can include your favourite piranhas also. But dinner has to be the lightest meal. Take a proper meal in dinner but small portion. If you still feel hungry in night then drink half a glass of milk.
