In the night time body is not active to consume the calories. End result is conversion of calories to fats. Let your system do the repair job for your body rather than working on digesting the food. So it is good that most of food to get digested before you sleep.
Therefore take the last meal 3 hours before you sleep. Lesser is the time between last meal and sleep more problem it will create for your health. Indigestion/ Weigh gain / Acidity are few ones.
