One can eat after every 2 to 3 hrs but best is restrict to 2 or 3 meals in a day. Eating frequent as being suggested is NOT based on scientific facts of human body physiology. It is more of a psychological concept to eat every 2 to 3 hrs. Eating more frequently keeps you full and reduces hunger. It reduces risk of overeating & choosing less healthy foods. We give options for mid day meals but just 3 meals are good.
