Why fruits are good in morning?

When fruits  eaten in the morning and when your stomach is empty, all of the nutrients, fiber and the simple sugars contained in the fruit can be more easily processed. On the other hand drinking tea or coffee on an empty stomach increases acidity and indigestion. If you do not want to eat fruits as the first thing in the morning then replace it with soaked nuts & you can take fruits as mid morning snack.
