If my cholesterol is high, can I do a keto diet?

  • Yes. You can do a keto diet if your cholesterol levels are high. 
  • We should include good quality fat which includes nuts, seeds, nut butters, avocado, olive oil, fish oil, fish, egg. That will not increase your cholesterol but will help to maintain it. 
  • We are not suggesting to have high trans fats food.
  •  Also, it is always better to take your doctor’s suggestion.
