Is eating chicken good?

Better than red meat. The reason chicken will  be better than red meat is  because it is actually lean meat. The lean protein in chicken is an excellent source of amino acids. Our bodies use amino acids to build muscle tissue, something that is particularly important as we age.  Make sure to remove skin before you eat it, as that is where a majority of the fat is stored. Restrict to two to three times a week only.
