Ghee but only pure Ghee and that too preferably home made Ghee is good for health & weight reduction. It is rich in the healthy fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K, it is also rich in antioxidants. It increases the body resistance for various infections and diseases also  It stimulates the digestive system. Reduces Cholesterol Levels.  Limit it to 1 to 2 spoons per day. Use it for Tadka / Garnishing but not for frying purpose.
