Is potato bad for weight loss?

Potato is an average choice. Potatoes can become unhealthy if fried or loaded with butter, sour cream, and cheese. Otherwise, potatoes are a good source of vitamin B6, minerals like iron and potassium, antioxidants which make them very healthy. Potatoes becomes a problem in Indian diet where almost 90% vegetables are loaded with potato & quantity is never taken care of and we end up frying them.
