Is tea good?

Plain black coffee or tea has almost Zero calories. Both are good substitutes for carbonated drinks or juices when one has a craving to sip something. Even tea or coffee with milk is fine if we limit it to 2 to 3 cups per day . Each cup will add 90 calories but without any nutrition. Both tea and coffee have caffeine which is a natural stimulant to body metabolism. But the impact on metabolism is not significant.
