Should you weigh daily?

Not a must. It is not necessary for you to weigh daily. Weekly variation is a more accurate measurement of progress but, the daily measure will keep on toes. It just keeps a check on eating healthy and motivates you for  more activities.  If you weigh daily then do not be too joyed or too disheartened with the fluctuations as numbers vary due to various factors. If you feel overly stressed due to this then avoid it.
