What dressing can I add to my salad?

If you are having salad as a complete meal then you can add 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil or any other healthy fat (nuts or nut butter) as dressing. Otherwise prefer hung curd, lemon, vinegar, greek yogurt as dressing on your salads as they are low calorie & low sodium options making it a healthier choice. Adding Myo based dressings needs to be strictly avoided.
