When can we start having complex carbohydrates?

It actually depends on the weight loss journey you have completed till now. If you have completed 75-80% of weight loss as per the target, then you may start to add carbohydrates in your diet slowly like 1 food in 2 weeks and then next things in another month, but you need to keep in mind after starting adding carbohydrates there can be quick gain in weight may be observed.
