Can I lose weight only with exercise ?

No, exercise alone will not help you to lose weight. 80%  diet and 20% exercise is the impact on weight loss. The only exercise cannot help you to get rid of unwanted weight. in fact, it may make you unhealthy if you exercise a lot without maintaining a proper diet. So it is important to focus on diet while you are on weight loss journey. Diet should address what to eat, how much to eat and when to eat.
